Kinkaid Cabins

At Kinkaid Cabins we have 10 cabins available for rent. Two of those cabins are pet friendly. All of our cabins are a half mile from Kinkaid Lake, Kinkaid Marina and boat ramp.

$129.99 per night on weekdays +tax
$149.99 per night on weekends (Friday & Saturday) +tax
$159.99 per night on Holidays +tax  3 night minimum
Cancelations two weeks - 48 hours will be subject to a $100 fee per cabin.  Cancelations within 48 hours will be charged the full reservation amount.
 
There is a $20 per night extra charge for pets. Please clean up after your pet. Please inform us that you have a pet.
We will have a pet blanket and poop bags for your fur baby use.

Each cabin has 2 bedrooms with full size beds, 1 bath and a 1/2 bath. There is a full kitchen that includes a microwave and 4 cup coffee pot. We do not supply any cooking, or eating utensils. There is a TV with antenna, local channels only. After a storm you may need to scan for channels.
Outside you will find a propane grill.
Four cabins have an extra twin bed or a roll a way.
Cabin 7 & 10 have an added twin bed 
Cabin 6 & 8 have a roll-a-way
Cabin 9 has 4 half beds (two in each room)

We provide pillows, bed covers, bath towels, soap, toilet paper, a few trash bags and morning coffee.
